The Osprey, or sea hawk, is our incredible local bird of prey that is a beast of a fisherman. Despite inclement weather, rough seas, and diminishing habitats, this raptor encourages us to persevere--no matter what. The sea-diving osprey is a rare symbol of discovery, power, and freedom. In this way, I found it to be the perfect mascot for the healing sanctuary that I envision Osprey Bodywork to be for our community.
