Marjorie Dickinson RN, LMT
A Jacksonville Beach native, Marjorie Dickinson began her interest in studying the human body as a medieval French Literature scholar at Columbia University. She became fascinated in the detailed anatomical studies influenced by the bubonic plague. After her college graduation, she embarked on a radical journey, completing the Therapeutic Massage and Hydrotherapy program at the Florida School of Massage. She graduated from their teacher training program in 2006 with a focus on Anatomy & Physiology.
Looking to diversify her healthcare skills, Marjorie went on to graduate with her BSN from the University of North Florida in 2022 and, after obtaining her RN licensure, has worked in both the Emergency and Medical/Surgical units in the hospital. She is currently pursuing her Doctorate of Nursing Practice in Family Medicine from UNF.
Away from the bedside, Marjorie enjoys running, hiking, painting, and treasure hunting for her vintage Etsy shop, Bold City Gifts.
